Plastno 13 gallon compostable trash bags are made from cornstarch, PLA, and PBAT, a blend that holds the weight of a kitchen bag without the petroleum plastic of a conventional liner. Each roll contains 30 bags sized to fit most standard tall kitchen bins. BPI certified for commercial composting and TUV OK Compost HOME certified for backyard composting.

The bags measure 24" wide by 28" tall at 1 mil thickness. Use them for kitchen trash, food scraps, compost collection, or as liners for recycle bins. They work the same way as a conventional bag, just with a compostable end-of-life path.

For best results, store the roll in a cool, dry place to preserve the strength of the plant-derived material. Drain excess liquid from wet waste before tying off. Shelf life is about 12 months, so stock to three to four months at a time. Take the trash out every 7 to 10 days for optimal performance.
