Tuned Chime Set of Sharps & Mallet—5 Tubes

The 5-tube chime set holds 5 heat-treated aluminum tubes, hand-tuned to the listed frequencies, with a hanger and a mallet.

Each tube matches one of the 5 sharps in the 12-note chromatic scale, the black keys of a piano.

Hand tuning gives each tube clean tones with long sustain. The chime maker tests each tube to within +/-0.5% accuracy. Each tube sounds several frequencies, and a gentle tap brings out the main frequency.
