Strate® Stainless Steel Pasta Basket with Detachable Handle

The Strate® pasta basket is brushed 18/10 stainless steel, which preserves the taste of food, with a detachable handle. It comes in three sizes, 5 qt, 7 qt, and 10 qt, made to fit the 5.5 qt, 7.5 qt, and 10 qt stockpots. The baskets cook up to 1 lb, 1.5 lb, and 2 lb of pasta.

The basket cooks pasta in a pot taller than it is wide with 1 qt of water per 0.2 lb (100 g) of pasta, and also suits asparagus and shellfish.
