Pancake & Crepe Pan, 10 in

The pan carries a ceramic nonstick cooking surface, aluminum core with stainless steel base plate, stay-cool riveted stainless steel handle. Ceramic behaves differently from the coatings it replaces.

The cooking surface is a sol-gel ceramic nonstick layer, which releases food without the fluorinated chemistry used in traditional nonstick. The 4.5mm forged base for even heat distribution carries heat across the cooking surface. It is made free from PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead, and cadmium. Cooktop compatibility covers gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction. The pan is oven safe to 400°F / 205°C.

In the kitchen it covers everyday cooking. Use silicone, nylon, or wood utensils.
