Strate® Non-Stick Sauté Pan with Flat Glass Lid

The Strate® non-stick sauté pan is brushed 18/10 stainless steel with a flat glass lid and an Exceliss® non-stick interior coating. The L Shape thermo-diffuser base is induction compatible, and the non-stick interior cooks delicate foods such as fish, eggs, and potatoes that release easily.

Swapping the long handle for side handles turns the sauté pan into a serving dish.
