The stone rabbit is hand-carved from leopard stone, a hard yellow and green serpentine marked with dark mottling.
The sculpture comes in 6-inch and 11-inch heights, and the color varies from piece to piece.
The rabbit sits on a shelf, desk or table.
Organic shapes and natural asymmetry are appealing because their irregular contours lessen neural processing in the LOC and reduce amygdala activity, leading to a calm, low-anxiety visual experience (Bar & Neta, 2007). Biophilic and naturalistic shapes boost occipital alpha band activity (8 to 12 Hz), suggesting less cognitive effort and better visual integration (Zarnegarzadeshirazi & Soroush, 2026). Handcrafted and organically shaped items provide neural comfort and emotional stability, making them a preferred choice for visual ease.
