How to Oil Pull

Start small: one spoon, one minute a day. Build up to 2–5 minutes as it becomes a habit.

Use a tongue scraper first.
Swish 1 teaspoon for 1 minute to start (building up to 2–5 minutes), before brushing.
Spit into a trash bin (never the sink), then brush and floss.
