Strate® Stainless Steel Frying Pan with Detachable Handle

The Strate® frying pan is brushed 18/10 stainless steel, which preserves the taste of food, with a detachable handle. It comes in six sizes: 8 in, 8.5 in, 9.5 in, 10 in, 11 in, and 12 in. The L Shape diffuser base spreads heat evenly.

The pan suits searing meat, and cooking the meat in stainless steel leaves meat juices for deglazing. Swapping the long handle for side handles turns the pan into a serving dish.
