An elongated, wide, shallow shape gives whole fish and long fillets room to sear in this sol-gel ceramic nonstick pan, built on a recycled aluminum core with a stainless steel base plate and a Bakelite handle.

Use it for salmon, white fish, shrimp, scallops, eggs, and vegetables on gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction cooktops. The pan is for stovetop use.
