Belgian-designed sol-gel ceramic nonstick coats this 4-quart sauté pan, built on an aluminum core with a stainless steel base plate, a 4.5mm forged base, and a riveted stay-cool stainless steel handle.

Use it for eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fish, and one-pan meals on gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction cooktops, and finish in the oven up to 400°F. The pan draws on Belgian cookware heritage since 1949.
