Calais™ Chrome & Blue Rollerball Pen

A.T. Cross's Calais™ Chrome & Blue Lacquer is a rollerball pen with a tapered silhouette drawn from Art Deco design. The profile is bold through the middle and narrows toward each end, and the finish runs the length of the barrel and cap. The mechanism is where the design shows.

The taper gives the barrel a wider mid-section, which fills the hand and keeps the weight settled where the fingers hold it. The rollerball tip carries liquid ink, which flows onto the page under light pressure, and the refill is replaceable. The finish is applied across the full body with the trim matched to it.
