The Brushed Stainless Steel Deep Frying Pan is a brushed 18/10 stainless steel deep frying pan with a detachable handle.

A diffuser base spreads heat for searing meat and cooking in liquid, and cooking meat in stainless steel leaves meat juices for deglazing.

The pan comes in two sizes, 9.5 inches (24.1 cm) and 11 inches (27.9 cm). Swapping the long handle for side handles turns the pan into a serving dish.
