Chinese Gong & Lunaphonic Wood Stand—32"

Our 32-inch Chinese gong set includes the Lunaphonic Wood stand, a mallet and a gong in your choice of 14 styles.

Brightside Gamma gongs pair an unlathed front exterior with a lathed backside. Wind gongs are fully lathed with a bright, shiny finish and a flat edge, and a quick strike gives a splashy tone. Chau gongs show a bull's-eye of lathing between the rim and the center, which gives a clear fundamental tone when tapped and a balanced crash on a firm strike.

The Lunaphonic Wood stand has wooden moon-shaped bases and is light enough to carry. Gong weights run 22 lbs 8 oz to 27 lbs depending on style. Activities often associated with creativity, learning, and leisure can also play a meaningful role in cognitive and emotional well-being.
