Atlantis Chau gongs combine the Chau look with the Atlantis finish. Wind gongs are fully lathed with a bright, shiny finish and a flat edge, and a quick strike gives a splashy tone. Chau gongs show a bull's-eye of lathing between the rim and the center, which gives a clear fundamental tone when tapped and a balanced crash on a firm strike.

The Welcoming stand is a C-shaped frame of solid iron whose feet are designed to hold it upright. Gong weights run 20 lbs to 36 lbs 8 oz depending on style. Activities often associated with creativity, learning, and leisure can also play a meaningful role in cognitive and emotional well-being.

Reading, writing, and music may support emotional well-being and cognitive development while strengthening communication, memory, attention, emotional understanding, and self-regulation.
