Chinese Gong & Holding Space Stand—20 to 24"
The Holding Space stand set holds a 20-to-24-inch Chinese gong chosen from 13 styles and includes a traditional Chinese gong mallet.
Solar Flare gongs have a flat face with concentric bands of lathed and unlathed circles. Subatomic gongs add a second lathed band on the outer rim of the Chau form. Chocolate Drop gongs are Chau-form gongs with the outer dark ring lathed off, leaving a golden sheen.
The Holding Space stand is a circular metal stand shaped to follow the curve of the gong. Gong weights run 5 lbs 8 oz to 12 lbs depending on style. Activities often associated with creativity, learning, and leisure can also play a meaningful role in cognitive and emotional well-being.
