Love You To the Moon Ornament

The Love You To the Moon ornament is a crescent moon made from hand-cut and hammered brass sheet.

The ornament measures roughly 3 inches tall (6 inches with the hanging cord) and 3 inches at its widest. Each one shows slight variation in the brass.

The ornament arrives ready to hang on a wall or a window.

Our tendency to prefer curved, organic shapes stems from the LOC's lower neural processing demands for smooth contours, resulting in reduced amygdala activation and a safe, calming visual state (Bar & Neta, 2006). Angular or sharply defined shapes increase amygdala response because abrupt contour changes signal potential threat, producing a more alert, high-arousal experience. This is why rounded or softly contoured pieces feel visually stable and why individuals choose them when they need calm, ease, or emotional steadiness. Any product with a gentle curvature provides this low-arousal, visual comfort.
