Behentrimonium methosulfate is often used for detangling slip and smoothing coarse hair cuticles, while cetyl alcohol is commonly used for thickening and locking in hydration. Argan oil is frequently used to smooth frizz, and macadamia oil and mango butter add emollient softness. The bar is pH balanced for hair.
