Made as a solid, waterless lotion, this handcrafted lotion bar works like a lip balm for the body.

Cocoa butter is regularly used for body moisturization and softening rough skin patches. Beeswax is also used for locking in hydration. Jojoba oil is also commonly used for lightweight hydration. Argan oil also adds conditioning. Aloe extract also supports hydration. The bar carries blue agave, coconut, lush cactus, and fresh citrus as scent notes.

Skin care engages touch at each step of a routine, and the step depends on the product. Cleansing products lift surface oils, debris, and bacteria from the skin (Aiello & Larson, 2002). Moisturizing products such as creams, lotions, and balms add emollients that soften the skin surface and help hold in hydration.
