Charcoal Oil Pulling and Stainless Steel Tongue Scraper Bundle

Developed as a bundle, this set pairs a charcoal oil pulling rinse and a stainless steel tongue scraper. Oil pulling and tongue scraping are traditional Ayurvedic practices.

Activated charcoal is in many instances used to remove heavy surface tooth staining and adsorb oral impurities. Coconut oil is also often used in traditional oil pulling to reduce the oral bacterial load. Peppermint oil is also regularly used to mask unpleasant tastes, provide fresh breath, and cool the gums.

• Use: Scrape the tongue from the back toward the tip, rinsing the scraper between passes. Then swish about 1 teaspoon of oil for 2 to 5 minutes and spit into a trash bin.
