Stainless Steel Frying Pan, 1826® Collection

The 1826® frying pan is brushed 18/10 stainless steel with a tapered base that pays tribute to the original 1826® saucepan. A three-layer base of induction stainless steel, aluminum, and 18/10 stainless steel is induction compatible and spreads heat evenly across the base. The pan sears meat and sautés vegetables. It comes in five sizes: 8 in, 9.5 in, 10 in, 11 in, and 12 in.

The 1826® collection commemorates the world's first stamped saucepan, made in 1826 at a factory in Fesches-le-Châtel. The tapered base of the cookware echoes that original.

The riveted, heat-resistant handle stays cool, and the pan is designed for compact storage. A glass lid from the 1826® collection pairs with the pan.
