Fully Lathed Wind Gong & Mallet, 6 to 38 inches

The wind gong has a fully lathed bright finish and a flat, rimless edge, and it comes in 18 sizes from 6 to 38 inches, each with a traditional Chinese gong mallet.

A quick strike gives a splashy tone, and a tap with a hard mallet gives a rich fundamental note that builds to a crash.

Weights run from 1 lb to 30 lbs across the sizes (0.5 to 13.6 kg). Gongs of 40 to 44 inches and of 48 inches and up are listed separately.
